FREE LOCAL PICKUP:

I offer FREE pickup for local residents. If you choose this option, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is located at the Glam Room located in the Forrest Gallery Shopping Center between Subway and China Wok.

Please make arrangements to pickup your order promptly! I understand unexpected events can occur, but please let me know and do your best to pickup as soon as you can. For any order not picked up within 7 business days, you will be invoiced shipping charges and your order will be shipped unless previously discussed with me. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

POSSIBLE DELAYS:

You will receive an email if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled. 

There may be delays due to weather, holidays, out of stocks, and shipping delays that are beyond my control.​

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If the address you provided is incorrect and | or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional shipping rate will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. 

 

LOST PACKAGES:

Once I have given your package to the post office, it is no longer in my hands or control. You will be able to track your package, but I am not responsible for lost packages.
